In Case of Damage or Wrong Product Delivery

We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel. Inspect the product thoroughly in this video and stop recording only after you’re completely satisfied with the contents.

The unboxing video must start from the moment you begin opening the parcel and clearly show the full inspection of the product. If there's any issue (such as a defect, damage, or wrong item), please contact us immediately with this video so we can assess and resolve the matter.

• An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any exchange.
• The defect or issue must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.
• No replacement or exchange requests will be accepted without the video proof.
